Esprichoo Education provides education consultancy services including, but not limited to:

• Application and admission assistance to schools, colleges, and universities

• Scholarship search and support

• Visa and immigration process support

• Pre-departure and post-admission support

• Country-specific and institution-specific advice

• Ambassador and mentorship programs

• Summer course and certificate programs

2. Eligibility

By engaging with Esprichoo Education, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent/guardian if underage.

• The information provided in your forms or during sessions is accurate and complete.

• You are applying for legitimate educational purposes.

3. Consultation and Fees

• Initial inquiries may be free of charge; however, consultancy sessions and full services may require advance booking and payment.

• Fees are stated clearly in your service agreement or via official communication.

• Payment methods may include online transfers, international payment gateways, or cash as specified.

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing under special terms.

4. Application Process

• Our team will guide you in preparing your academic documents, statement of purpose, references, and other required materials.

• Final responsibility for accuracy and timeliness lies with the student.

• Esprichoo Education is not responsible for missed deadlines or rejections from institutions due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the student.

5. Confidentiality and Data Use

• All information you provide will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

• Your data may be shared with partner institutions, visa officers, or related service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your education journey.

• We do not sell or misuse personal data under any circumstances.

6. Third-Party Institutions

• Admission decisions, scholarship awards, and visa approvals are at the discretion of respective institutions and authorities.

• Esprichoo Education cannot guarantee admission, visa, or scholarship outcomes.

• Our advice is based on expertise and experience but final decisions are made by third parties.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Booked sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used services.

• For group webinars, events, or workshops, no-show policies may apply.

8. Code of Conduct

• All students and guardians must treat Esprichoo staff and fellow participants with respect.

• Harassment, misuse of services, or dishonesty may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

• Materials provided by Esprichoo (guides, videos, SOP templates, etc.) are for personal use only.

• Sharing, copying, or reselling such content without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitations of Liability

• Esprichoo Education is not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control including changes in immigration law, university policy changes, or global events.

• We are not responsible for direct or indirect financial loss related to admissions or visa decisions.

11. Modifications

• Esprichoo Education reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

• Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without prejudice to any mandatory laws applicable in your country of residence.
